St. John's chefs, Michelle LeBlanc and Shaun Hussey from Chinched Bistro, will be preparing a menu titled From the Bay and the Bog.
The menu will be chef's choice - a 3 course meal featuring the best of the bog and the bay ad whatever else is fresh and in season.
These to acclaimed chefs started in the kitchen at Nicole's on Fogo Island before starting their own successful restaurant in St. John's. Michelle, trained as a pastry chef and Shaun who is known for his innovative dishes and in particular his love for working with charcuterie.
It is a 3-course dinner in Georgie's Restaurant starts at 6:30 pm. Cost is $50 per person, inclusive of taxes and gratuity.
